Thought we'd give the new series "Elementary" a chance. Watched the first seven minutes. Understood not one line of dialog. Watching "Everybody Loves Raymond" reruns.
We dvr'd it - maybe we will watch it over the weekend - I have no problem shutting something off but my husband, once he starts watching something he will stick with it to the end regardless of how bad it it.
Last night we were watched CSI, which we had recorded the previous night, it was a snore and a bore so I left husband to watch it himself and I went to my office and did some work.

yeah, we don't watch a lot of network TV. I turn on the TV for the shows we like, then turn it off. Even the commercials are bad.
Lin, too right. Except for Tuesday and er, um, Tuesday, the nets offer very little of interest.

Grace, with you, I have no problem cutting out when I'm bored or annoyed. Same goes for books I start.
