Grace, you are gracious, indeed. However, sometimes one more "all you have to do is. . ." is just one too many. It is not easy to explain that fingers that cover at least four of the buttons on the touchpad do not find it easy to "type" a message; especially when "all you have to do is. . ." Thumbs? You have got to be kidding!
